What are Co-Payments?
The amount of coverage you get depends on your family's adjusted net income:
- 100% coverage for qualified services if you make less than $70,000
- $70,000 to $79,999: CDCP pays for 60% of the costs, and you pay for 40% of the costs
- $80,000 to $89,999: CDCP pays for 40% of the cost, and you pay for the other 60%
These numbers are based on the CDCP fee schedule, which can be different from what your dentist charges. You might have to pay the difference.
